Rent a booth at the Barn and let us do the selling. You choose the size, stock it and price it — we handle the customers, the till and the paperwork, and pay you every month.
How it works
Four steps to a booth
Pick your space
Choose the booth size that suits your stock. Craft booths run from $30 to $125 a month; antique booths vary by size.
Make it yours
Decorate and stock it however you like — colours, logos, business cards, seasonal displays. Then price and tag your merchandise to our simple requirements.
We do the selling
Customers browse the craft and antique sections and pay at our POS. Every sale is recorded and credited to your account automatically.
Get paid monthly
Payouts go out every month with an item-by-item inventory report, and a sales update email lands every Monday so you know what to restock.
Why vendors stay
Your costs are fixed and predictable. Rent is more reasonable than a season of craft shows, and you don't have to stand behind a table all weekend to make sales — the Barn is open seven days a week, 363 days a year, whether you're here or not.
We'll process special orders for you, and our gift cards, bridal and gift registries and layaway all work in your favour by putting more of your stock in front of buyers.

Month to month is available once you've completed a lease.
Antique vendors: 15% on a six-month lease, on top of the base monthly rent.

HST is added to all monthly booth prices. These are guidelines — rent can vary with booth configuration and is subject to change.

Not after a booth?
If you've got antiques you'd like to sell but don't want to rent space, fill in our Looking to Sell form and we'll circulate it to our antiques vendors. Anyone interested will contact you directly.
